This site is operated by Ksun Trading Technology Limited (Hong Kong) — the "Site". This policy describes what information the Site collects and how it's used. The short version: we try not to collect anything we don't need, and we don't sell or share your data.

What we collect

The Site uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track visitors across websites. The data is aggregated and anonymous — page URLs, referrers, country, browser, and device type. No IP addresses are stored.

If you contact us by email or book a call via Cal.com, we collect the information you choose to share — name, email, and the contents of your message. This information is used only to reply to your inquiry.

Cookies

The Site itself does not set cookies. Third-party services we link to (such as Cal.com) may set their own cookies on their own pages, governed by their own privacy policies.

Third-party services

• Plausible Analytics — privacy-friendly analytics. See Plausible's privacy policy.
• Cal.com — calendar bookings. When you click "Book a call," you are taken to Cal.com, which has its own privacy policy.
• AWS CloudFront / Amazon S3 — hosting infrastructure. Server logs may be retained for security and abuse prevention.

Your rights

Because we don't store personal information beyond what you voluntarily send us, there is usually nothing for us to delete or export on request. If you've emailed us and want your message and email address removed from our records, contact us at the address below and we'll handle it within 30 days.
